Horizon Pathology, LLC is a pathology consulting firm based in Frederick, Maryland, providing expert support to biopharmaceutical companies, contract research organizations (CROs), academic researchers, and medical device developers.

Founded by board-certifed veterinary pathologist and toxicologist (DVM DACVP DABT), the firm specializes in investigative pathology and toxicology, research and animal modeling, AI and pathology image analysis, spatial transcriptomic and molecular pathology, and preclinical consulting. We deliver timely, high-quality pathology evaluations and provide strategic insights that help advance preclinical programs and de-risk development decisions.
